Provide legal counsel to corporate and operational teams: draft, review and negotiate contracts; research and interpret laws and regulations; manage litigation and outside counsel; advise on risk mitigation, insurance, and corporate documents; support compliance and business transactions for engineering, architecture, consulting, and technology services.
