Manages administrative operations and office services for Wisconsin and Minnesota offices, including budgets, vendors, policies, records, staff guidance, events, and process improvements. Supports business development through capture planning, pursuit coordination, sales tracking, client and market research, reporting, client meetings, and proposal handoffs. Collaborates with office, sales, technical, marketing, and operational leadership to advance strategic opportunities and maintain organized business development information.

Supports public-sector broadband consulting engagements through network design review, serviceability and deployment data analysis, GIS and spreadsheet analysis, grant application evaluation, verification and challenge activities, field validation coordination, and preparation of client-facing technical deliverables. Advises stakeholders on fiber, PON, DOCSIS, fixed wireless, costs, schedules, risks, compliance, and broadband program requirements while coordinating multidisciplinary project teams.

Manages complex public-sector consulting and program implementation projects from planning through closeout. Oversees scope, schedules, budgets, staffing, risks, quality, contracts, subcontractors, client communications, deliverables, compliance, and financial performance. Leads multidisciplinary and geographically dispersed teams, supports government-focused initiatives such as disaster recovery and infrastructure, and contributes to proposals, process improvement, and follow-on work.
