Supports transportation engineers and project managers with highway and roadway planning, design, analysis, drafting, CAD revisions, calculations, quantity takeoffs, cost estimates, technical documentation, data analysis, and field documentation. The intern assists with design plans, reports, specifications, inspections, and administrative tasks under the supervision of licensed engineers or project managers.

Assists civil engineers and project managers with traffic engineering analyses, transportation planning, traffic designs, technical reports, roadway and signal plans, field data collection, quantity estimates, and construction cost estimates. The role supports transportation studies, meetings, and site visits under direct supervision.

Leads enterprise technology sourcing across software, cloud, SaaS, telecommunications, managed services, and professional services. Manages RFPs, supplier evaluations, complex negotiations, IT contract lifecycles, renewals, supplier governance, spend analytics, benchmarking, and category strategies. Delivers cost savings and total cost of ownership improvements while partnering with IT, Finance, Legal, Security, HR, and business stakeholders. Also advances procurement efficiency through automation, AI-enabled tools, analytics, and formal vendor performance management.
