Assist civil engineers and project managers in preparing highway and railroad designs, calculations, technical reports, drawings, quantities, and cost estimates. Use CADD/design software to produce plan sets, perform site visits and data collection, research solutions, and provide technical support for meetings and project contract document assembly under direct supervision.

Lead electrical design oversight for substation and traction power systems on rail/transit projects. Review designs, ensure compliance with standards, coordinate with clients and contractors, support construction, testing and commissioning, mentor junior engineers, and manage schedules, deliverables, and QA processes.

Assist in data analysis and design for transportation projects, develop plans, conduct field inspections, and ensure ADA compliance.
