Own the end-to-end delegate experience for global M&I events: act as primary contact, manage communications, travel and logistics, maintain delegate data and event platforms, deliver onsite support, proof event materials, resolve issues, and drive continuous improvements with internal and external partners.

Lead end-to-end delivery of Salesforce platform projects: scoping, solution design, implementation, QA, and handover. Tackle technical debt and Apex issues, implement Data Cloud, evaluate and drive Agentforce adoption, coordinate MSPs/contractors, mentor the CRM Manager, and manage stakeholder communications and delivery across concurrent workstreams to support commercial and operational teams.
