Conduct grassroots outreach and relational organizing to recruit, train, and develop community leaders; support campaign planning, implementation, and evaluation; maintain accurate records and coordinate events, mobilizations, and partnerships across communities.

Lead and supervise a small canvassing team to register voters and increase civic engagement in Latino communities. Assign turf, train and coach canvassers, monitor field activity and data accuracy, secure applications, submit reports, enforce safety and compliance, and participate in direct outreach. Requires flexible hours, outdoor work, accurate recordkeeping, and adherence to voter-registration rules.

Field-based canvassing to register, educate, and mobilize voters in assigned Latino communities. Engage the public using approved scripts and tools, collect and securely handle voter-registration applications and data, record outreach metrics in VAN/MiniVAN or spreadsheets, follow safety and reporting procedures, attend trainings, and meet scheduling and submission requirements.

Conduct door-to-door and event-based voter registration, education, and mobilization in assigned Latino communities using approved scripts and tools; document contacts and applications, protect confidential data, follow safety and reporting procedures, and attend trainings and briefings. Part-time, field-based role up to 30 hours/week.

Develop and implement year-round civic and voter-engagement strategies across North Carolina. Oversee voter registration, education, GOTV, youth fellowship, field operations, and direct voter contact. Recruit, train, supervise, and coach organizers and fellows. Build bilingual curricula and community partnerships, manage budgets and program metrics, use voter-contact databases, support grant reporting, and represent the organizations at events. Work flexible hours and travel regularly across the state.
