Conducts community canvassing to register, educate, and mobilize Latino voters. Engages residents around voter registration, Vote by Mail, elections, and Get Out The Vote efforts; identifies likely voters, follows reporting and voter database procedures, attends training, and complies with applicable laws and safety protocols. This is a seasonal, part-time field position requiring flexible hours, outdoor walking, communication skills, and some Saturday event participation.

Lead state-level community organizing and electoral campaigns focused on Latino civic engagement. Develop strategy, set measurable goals, supervise field teams, coordinate with data/communications, manage voter-contact operations, build coalitions, monitor performance metrics, ensure compliance, and support rapid-response and mobilization efforts.

Conduct door-to-door and event-based voter registration, education, and mobilization within assigned Latino communities. Accurately collect and protect voter data, use approved scripts and canvassing tools, follow safety and reporting procedures, and submit daily metrics. Work up to 30 hours/week with flexible hours, returning materials and maintaining professional conduct.

Conduct grassroots outreach and relational organizing to recruit, train, and develop community leaders; support campaign planning, implementation, and evaluation; maintain accurate records and coordinate events, mobilizations, and partnerships across communities.
