Conduct door-to-door canvassing to register eligible voters, educate community members about voting options, build positive relationships, complete daily reporting and data entry, follow safety and organizational policies, attend trainings, and perform other assigned outreach duties.

Lead national data operations, governance, systems, reporting, targeting, and analytics to support multi-state civic engagement and electoral programs. Manage a small data team, coordinate cross-functionally and with vendors, develop dashboards and training, improve data quality and workflows, and support campaign readiness and targeting across departments and state teams.

Lead statewide voter engagement strategy for Latino communities, manage and train field staff, build community partnerships, run voter registration and GOTV programs, develop bilingual curricula and messaging, oversee data and metrics, and coordinate cross-departmental campaign implementation.
