Lead daily door-to-door canvassing operations: supervise and train a 4–5 person team, manage turf and scripts, collect and enter voter registration data, submit nightly reports, drive and organize materials, and ensure compliance with state voter registration laws.

Conduct door-to-door outreach in Latino communities to register and educate voters, identify likely voters, and mobilize turnout. Use voter databases and reporting procedures, follow safety and legal protocols, attend trainings, and provide daily reports to the Canvass Lead.

Lead and supervise a canvassing team (4-5) to run daily door-to-door voter registration, education, and GOTV activities. Train, motivate, assign turf and scripts, review and enter reports, submit nightly metrics, ensure legal compliance, organize materials, drive the team, and debrief canvassers.
