Provides administrative and operational support for a state office, including calendar and meeting coordination, travel and event logistics, purchasing, budget and expense documentation, records management, inventory, vendor communication, and office services. Maintains spreadsheets, databases, reports, and operational trackers while safeguarding confidential information. Supports employees, community partners, and organizational stakeholders during routine operations and high-volume periods such as elections, audits, and events.

Conduct door-to-door voter outreach across McAllen and Rio Grande Valley communities. Engage residents using approved scripts, provide voter registration and civic participation information, document contacts in MiniVAN or similar applications, protect voter data and forms, attend trainings and debriefings, follow safety and reporting procedures, and work flexible outdoor schedules including evenings and weekends.
