The Senior Business Analyst is responsible for leading Business Continuity, Crisis Management, and Disaster Recovery programs, collaborating with business leaders and technology teams, and improving organizational resilience through strategic planning and execution.

Lead the strategy, development, launch, and lifecycle management of mortgage credit enhancement products. Responsibilities include managing product lines, addressing customer and partner requests, leading cross-functional initiatives, monitoring markets and competitors, developing business cases and budgets, researching opportunities, establishing product objectives, and supporting risk transfer strategies. The role requires extensive mortgage insurance or mortgage finance experience, strategic thinking, financial analysis, and project leadership.

Administer and support RHEL systems and AWS infrastructure; build and maintain IaC (Terraform/CloudFormation), Ansible automation, and CI/CD pipelines; monitor and troubleshoot production systems; implement security hardening and patching; integrate and support LDAP/Active Directory authentication; create documentation and runbooks; collaborate with engineering, security, and application teams to improve reliability and automation.

Lead and optimize HR Shared Services and payroll administration, managing a team to ensure accurate, timely payroll and lifecycle HR transactions. Drive process standardization, compliance, audits, continuous improvement, and stakeholder partnership across HR, Finance, Legal, Internal Audit and vendors.

Lead vision, strategy and execution for enterprise platform engineering to ensure reliable, secure, and scalable infrastructure. Drive cloud and infrastructure modernization, AI-enabled stability and automation, service delivery excellence, operational governance, vendor management, budgeting, workforce planning, and cross-functional alignment. Coach and inspire teams while reporting progress to CIO/CISO and senior leadership.

Design, build, and operate a Snowflake-centered cloud data platform: ingest with Fivetran, transform with dbt, orchestrate with Airflow/Astronomer, ensure observability and data quality, deliver CI/CD workflows, troubleshoot pipelines, guide Cortex Code adoption, and mentor junior engineers while partnering with cross-functional teams.
