The Senior Business Analyst is responsible for leading Business Continuity, Crisis Management, and Disaster Recovery programs, collaborating with business leaders and technology teams, and improving organizational resilience through strategic planning and execution.

Lead a team to drive digital enablement and modernize customer experience across Pricing, Risk, Underwriting and other business areas. Translate strategy into scalable technology solutions, manage vendor relationships, audit workflows, optimize enablement technologies, and oversee departmental operations, budgets, and staff development.

Lead and optimize HR Shared Services and payroll administration, managing a team to ensure accurate, timely payroll and lifecycle HR transactions. Drive process standardization, compliance, audits, continuous improvement, and stakeholder partnership across HR, Finance, Legal, Internal Audit and vendors.
