The Senior Business Analyst is responsible for leading Business Continuity, Crisis Management, and Disaster Recovery programs, collaborating with business leaders and technology teams, and improving organizational resilience through strategic planning and execution.

Lead the strategy, development, launch, and lifecycle management of mortgage credit enhancement products. Responsibilities include managing product lines, addressing customer and partner requests, leading cross-functional initiatives, monitoring markets and competitors, developing business cases and budgets, researching opportunities, establishing product objectives, and supporting risk transfer strategies. The role requires extensive mortgage insurance or mortgage finance experience, strategic thinking, financial analysis, and project leadership.

Partner with business leaders to design and execute workforce and talent strategies, including organization design, workforce planning, talent development, succession planning, employee engagement, and organizational effectiveness. Advise and coach leaders, analyze workforce data and labor-market trends, partner with HR COEs and HR Operations to implement solutions, ensure policy compliance, and mitigate organizational risk.
