Supports the development, implementation, administration, and compliance of employee and retiree benefit plans. Manages health, retirement, disability, FMLA, wellness, and leave-related processes; maintains Workday benefits functionality and vendor feeds; supports regulatory filings, audits, SOX controls, employee communications, vendor relationships, and employee inquiries. Requires strong analytical, organizational, communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills, plus more than three years of HR experience.

Creates print and digital visual communications across marketing, sales, social media, email, advertising, events, presentations, and internal channels. Translates business objectives into compelling, brand-consistent designs; presents concepts; collaborates with writers, creatives, project managers, and business partners; manages multiple deadlines; incorporates feedback; and produces accurate, production-ready deliverables.

Creates and refines marketing content across digital, print, social, advertising, email, and executive communication channels. Develops B2B thought leadership, white papers, case studies, reports, and campaign copy; translates complex mortgage, finance, credit, and regulatory topics into clear messaging. Collaborates with subject matter experts, business leaders, marketing, creative, and design teams while maintaining brand voice, content quality, and audience relevance.
