Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-throughput backend systems for CFD/FX/crypto trading. Collaborate with architects and product teams, implement secure server-side architectures, optimize performance and reliability, integrate messaging/streaming systems, document systems, and test/debug backend applications.

Recruit, onboard and grow Introducing Brokers, affiliates and partners across an assigned territory. Manage partner relationships, drive trading volume, report on pipeline and operate within regulatory frameworks while supporting partners with tools and commercial terms.
