Manage project financials from award through closeout: job costing, variance analysis, dashboards and reports, contract administration, project setup in LIMS/QuickBooks/B2W, internal controls, and operational support to improve profitability and reporting accuracy.

Provide front-desk customer service and office administration while supporting accounting and operations. Perform accounts payable entry and reconciliation, vendor and subcontractor documentation, month-end support, data entry, filing, travel coordination, internal communications, and process improvements to ensure accurate financial processing and efficient office operations.

Lead estimating and procurement for land clearing projects: perform takeoffs, prepare competitive cost estimates, select equipment, assess site risks, coordinate with stakeholders, maintain cost databases, and support contract and reporting activities. Provide leadership to direct reports and collaborate with operations and executives to ensure profitable bids and project compliance.
