Own AR processes, resource and budget planning, KPIs/OPIs, master data and process documentation. Drive process improvements with stakeholders (Credit Management, Group Accounting, Sales, Customer Service), collect customer feedback, and represent AR in SSC management to develop people, processes and services.

Field-based Regional Sales Manager responsible for driving profitable growth across Merchant and Industrial channels in the Midlands. Manage key accounts, win new and lapsed customers, prepare forecasts and budgets, collaborate with internal teams, use CRM and reports for decision-making, and ensure service, profitability and relationship growth. Regular travel and local residency required.
