Develops and operates group-wide logistics planning practices, translating forecasts and S&OP plans into capacity requirements and supplier delivery forecasts. The role monitors logistics capacity, identifies bottlenecks and supply constraints, leads planning development initiatives and projects, facilitates planning forums, and represents Group Logistics in S&OP processes. It requires strong supply chain planning, analytical, stakeholder collaboration, ERP, reporting, Power BI, and communication skills.

Develop and execute internal and external communications supporting strategy, leadership, business transformation, employee engagement, and stakeholder trust. Manage media relations, press releases, digital content, change communications, and crisis communications preparedness. Partner with management, business functions, production sites, and international communications teams while developing communications priorities, operating models, collaboration practices, and measurement approaches.

Owns Muoto’s supply chain and IT operations while leading business capability development and deployment during commercial scale-up. Responsibilities include ERP, CRM, MES, SCADA, data, and AI-enabled implementation projects; managing scope, budget, timelines, quality, expectations, and risks; coordinating internal teams, consultants, vendors, and 3PL providers; and building high-performing development teams ahead of the 2028 production facility launch.
