The role collaborates across business, technology, and external partner teams while contributing to AI methods, tools, and best practices across Metsa Group.

Leads enterprise-wide AI initiatives from opportunity identification through implementation, adoption, and measurable value realization. The role develops business cases, coordinates business and technology stakeholders and external partners, manages roadmaps and risks, prioritizes the AI portfolio, and helps establish AI delivery best practices and operating models. This senior individual contributor role influences executives and cross-functional teams without direct people-management responsibility.

Provides technical services to customer accounts across the Benelux region. Manages product trials, testing, and qualification processes; addresses product suitability, manufacturing, sustainability, and environmental questions; delivers specialist training; and promotes technical services. The role connects customers, sales, suppliers, and production teams while providing technically informed solutions for board, printing, finishing, and adhesive applications.
