Provide primary legal counsel to Executive Leadership and the Library Commission on governance, public meetings and records laws, contracts/procurement, employment, and policy development; ensure legal compliance and alignment with the library's mission. Position is full-time, based at downtown Oklahoma City library, requiring availability during some evenings and weekends.

Lead organizational learning strategy, advise leadership, design and evaluate system-wide learning programs to build workforce capability. Oversee learning effectiveness, staff supervision, performance management, and align initiatives with organizational priorities within the library system.
