Provide primary legal counsel to Executive Leadership and the Library Commission on governance, public meetings and records laws, contracts/procurement, employment, and policy development; ensure legal compliance and alignment with the library's mission. Position is full-time, based at downtown Oklahoma City library, requiring availability during some evenings and weekends.

Provides public library services including reference and readers' advisory, program planning and presentation, technology instruction, bibliographic instruction, community partnership building, and outreach. Works varying library hours including nights and weekends at the Midwest City Library.
