Teams at Metropolitan Library System

Assist patrons with checking materials in/out, issuing library cards, managing accounts, locating items, helping with self-service equipment and technology, and performing basic collection maintenance. Provide customer service during assigned evening and weekend hours at the Bethany Library.

Assist library members with checking in/out materials, locating items, managing accounts and library cards, supporting self-service equipment and basic technology, and performing light collection maintenance. Provide customer service during assigned shifts including evenings and weekends at the Bethany Library.

Provide customer service and deliver library programs and services—especially for ages 5–12—supporting strategic goals, engaging patrons, and working scheduled evening and rotating weekend shifts at Belle Isle Library.
