Administer day-to-day HR functions including onboarding, new hire orientation, benefits administration, payroll support, compliance tracking, employee relations, investigations, performance management, and HR policy updates. Serve as payroll backup, coordinate background checks and I-9s, respond to employee inquiries, and maintain HR compliance and best-practice knowledge.

Monitor pedestrian crossings to ensure customer safety and smooth traffic flow. Provide directions, enforce safety rules, use two-way radio for assistance, maintain appearance and a clean work area, and follow confidentiality and health requirements.
