Responsibilities include community outreach, partnership development, eligibility screening, income calculation, application processing, case management, referrals, participant appeals, documentation, compliance, reporting, and collaboration with schools, agencies, and community organizations. The role supports equitable, trauma-informed services and requires accurate records, timely fund distribution, and occasional travel to community events and partner locations.

Provide administrative and program support for after-school and summer SUN programs: attendance tracking, data entry, registration, outreach, event coordination, supply and inventory management, office support, basic clerical duties, and direct assistance to students, families, volunteers, and Activity Leaders.

Provide day-to-day support for Ready, Set, Go! early learning and family engagement at Margaret Scott Elementary. Assist with Parent-Child Interaction Groups, parent education classes (English/Spanish), curriculum implementation, physical activity sessions, volunteer coordination, outreach/recruitment, developmental screenings, program documentation, and data entry (ETO). Maintain high-quality early learning environments and build culturally responsive relationships with families and partners.
