Support SUN after-school program operations by assisting the Site Manager with attendance, data entry, outreach, event coordination, administrative tasks, supplies, and student/staff support during scheduled program terms.

Process vendor invoices and payments using Financial Edge; manage vendor records, A/P aging, 1099 issuance, petty cash, and positive pay. Support billing, GL entries, process improvements, PO system transition, compliance with tax regulations and internal controls, and cross-functional collaboration with Programs, HR, and IT.

Provide day-to-day support for Ready, Set, Go! early learning and family engagement at Margaret Scott Elementary. Assist with Parent-Child Interaction Groups, parent education classes (English/Spanish), curriculum implementation, physical activity sessions, volunteer coordination, outreach/recruitment, developmental screenings, program documentation, and data entry (ETO). Maintain high-quality early learning environments and build culturally responsive relationships with families and partners.

As an Educational Assistant, support classroom activities, manage student behavior, and assist teachers in the EKT Summer Program, ensuring a safe and engaging learning environment for children.

Assist the teacher in preparing and implementing a summer program for incoming kindergarteners, supporting student engagement and family communication.
