Provides bilingual Spanish-English client intake, screening, check-in, scheduling, interpretation, referrals, and site-flow support at a temporary community tax program. Responds to inquiries, supports volunteer tax preparers, handles data entry confidentially, maintains an orderly site, and assists with other tax-site operations. Requires in-person work, flexible Wednesday-through-Sunday availability, and travel among Portland-area tax sites as needed.

Coordinates daily operations for a volunteer tax preparation site, supporting clients, staff, and volunteers. Responsibilities include de-escalating client concerns, scheduling, delegation, quality assurance of tax services, emergency response, ITIN application support, administrative coordination, and troubleshooting basic technology issues. The role requires bilingual English-Spanish communication, tax knowledge, database and quality assurance experience, leadership in dynamic environments, and local travel using personal transportation.
