Provide front-desk and clerical support for a mental health clinic: check in clients using MyAvatar EHR, schedule and manage appointments, maintain records, verify benefits, handle calls, perform general office tasks, coordinate supplies, and support team reporting and attendance benchmarks.

Provide lived-experience-based peer support to individuals with mental health or developmental challenges. Deliver individual and group recovery coaching, help develop person-centered recovery plans, assist with crisis self-management, outreach, service navigation, documentation, and community integration. Transport and escort participants when needed and collaborate with care teams to support recovery and advocacy.

Provide case management and psychosocial rehabilitation to children and adolescents with serious emotional disturbance. Perform assessments, develop measurable recovery plans, coordinate services and referrals, provide crisis intervention and on-call coverage, facilitate inpatient admissions and discharge planning, document clinical work, and support medication adherence. Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to improve community, school, and home functioning.

Provide psychosocial/rehabilitative services and case coordination to adults, children, and adolescents with serious mental illness or emotional disturbance. Conduct assessments, develop and monitor recovery plans, provide crisis intervention, make home visits, facilitate hospital admissions and follow-up, deliver individual/family/group rehab sessions, advocate for entitlements, and document clinical contacts to maximize community reintegration and reduce hospitalization.

Provide intensive, participant-centered case management for justice-involved adults with behavioral health and substance use needs. Conduct assessments, develop individualized service and recovery plans, coordinate treatment and community resources, promote engagement and continuity of care, support reintegration, document progress in the EHR, and collaborate with multidisciplinary and criminal justice partners to reduce recidivism.

Provide outpatient pharmacy services: manage dispensing, enforce state pharmacy regulations and OBRA 90, prepare medications, counsel patients, communicate with prescribers, supervise pharmacy technicians, maintain narcotics inventory and records, and support continuous quality improvement and pharmacy operations.

Provide front-desk and administrative support for the Cohen Clinic: greet clients, triage calls and emails, coordinate scheduling, enter and maintain records in the electronic health record, assist with medical records and release of information, and maintain clinic operations while upholding HIPAA/privacy standards.

Provide nutritional assessments, counseling, and dietary-care plans for infants and toddlers in Early Childhood Intervention. Consult with healthcare providers and DME vendors, develop educational materials, present to groups, and participate in interdisciplinary teams. Split time between clinic evaluations and in-field family visits.

Manage financial reporting and month-end close processes, prepare and review journal entries and reconciliations, support audits, budgets and bank compliance. Supervise and develop a small accounting team, oversee cost reports, grants, billings, and receivables, and provide ad-hoc financial support across departments.
