Lead and manage Metrocare's compliance, privacy, and information security programs. Ensure regulatory and accreditation adherence (HIPAA, HITRUST), develop policies, supervise compliance team, manage investigations, coordinate corrective actions, oversee privacy/PHI access and training, liaise with IT on security, report to board and senior leadership, and handle government inquiries.

Provide case management and psychosocial rehabilitation for children and adolescents with serious emotional disturbance. Duties include assessment, individualized recovery planning, crisis intervention and on-call coverage, hospital admission/discharge coordination, medication adherence support, documentation, family education, referrals/advocacy, and community/school-based services to reduce hospitalization and improve functioning.

Provide psychosocial and rehabilitative case management for adults and children with severe mental illness or serious emotional disturbance. Conduct assessments, develop and implement recovery plans, coordinate services and referrals, perform crisis intervention and home visits, document progress, and engage interdisciplinary teams. Deliver services face-to-face and via telehealth to reduce hospitalization and support community reintegration.

Provide psychosocial and rehabilitative services to juveniles referred by Dallas County Juvenile Probation, including assessment, individualized treatment planning, crisis intervention, medication adherence support, community linkage, hospital follow-up, and coordination with interdisciplinary teams to reduce hospitalization and support community reintegration.

Provide psychosocial/rehabilitative services to adults and children with serious mental illness or emotional disturbance. Conduct assessments, develop and execute measurable recovery/treatment plans, coordinate services, perform crisis intervention and home visits, document progress, ensure continuity of care, and participate in interdisciplinary teams to reduce hospitalization and support community reintegration.

Provide outpatient pharmacy services: manage dispensing, enforce state pharmacy regulations and OBRA 90, prepare medications, counsel patients, communicate with prescribers, supervise pharmacy technicians, maintain narcotics inventory and records, and support continuous quality improvement and pharmacy operations.

Provide front-desk and administrative support for the Cohen Clinic: greet clients, triage calls and emails, coordinate scheduling, enter and maintain records in the electronic health record, assist with medical records and release of information, and maintain clinic operations while upholding HIPAA/privacy standards.

Provide nutritional assessments, counseling, and dietary-care plans for infants and toddlers in Early Childhood Intervention. Consult with healthcare providers and DME vendors, develop educational materials, present to groups, and participate in interdisciplinary teams. Split time between clinic evaluations and in-field family visits.

Provide supported employment and self-sufficiency services for ACT clients, complete clinical assessments and treatment plans, conduct case management, crisis intervention, psychosocial rehabilitation, skills training, and coordinate with treatment team and psychiatrist. Assist clients with benefits, job placement, discharge planning, documentation, and community resource linkage while maintaining confidentiality and compliance.

Provide case management and psychosocial rehabilitation to children and adolescents with serious emotional disturbance. Perform assessments, develop recovery plans and measurable goals, crisis intervention, hospital admission/discharge coordination, on-call coverage, home and school visits, medication adherence support, documentation, and interdisciplinary team participation to maximize community functioning and reduce hospitalization.

Provide psychosocial/rehabilitative services and service coordination to adults and children with serious mental illness or emotional disturbance. Conduct assessments, develop and execute measurable recovery plans, provide crisis intervention, follow-up after hospital/emergency contacts, facilitate referrals and entitlements, document progress, participate in interdisciplinary teams, and perform home visits as needed to support community reintegration and reduce hospitalization.

Manage financial reporting and month-end close processes, prepare and review journal entries and reconciliations, support audits, budgets and bank compliance. Supervise and develop a small accounting team, oversee cost reports, grants, billings, and receivables, and provide ad-hoc financial support across departments.
