Teams at Metrocare Services

Provides clerical and front-office support for a behavioral health program. Responsibilities include checking in clients, scheduling appointments, managing electronic health records, verifying insurance benefits, maintaining client documentation, directing calls, coordinating referrals and training, tracking attendance, managing supplies, and supporting office operations and quality benchmarks.

Provide case management and psychosocial rehabilitation to children and adolescents with serious emotional disturbance. Perform assessments, develop measurable recovery plans, coordinate services and referrals, provide crisis intervention and on-call coverage, facilitate inpatient admissions and discharge planning, document clinical work, and support medication adherence. Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to improve community, school, and home functioning.

Provides psychosocial rehabilitation, service coordination, assessments, recovery planning, crisis intervention, referrals, advocacy, and individual, family, and group services for adults and children with serious mental health challenges. Maintains caseload documentation, participates in interdisciplinary treatment teams, coordinates clinical authorizations, follows up after missed appointments or hospitalizations, conducts home visits, and supports community reintegration.
