Manages multiple behavioral health grant projects, overseeing implementation, budgets, milestones, data collection, outcomes, reporting, stakeholder partnerships, and sustainability planning. Provides IECMH consultation and direct mental health therapy, supervises project staff, coordinates with clinical and operational teams, and presents to advisory boards and external stakeholders. Requires grant management, program evaluation, behavioral health expertise, community partnership development, and clinical licensure.
