The Sales and Marketing Director develops and updates the community marketing plan to achieve census and sales goals. Responsibilities include generating and managing leads, conducting presentations, closing sales, achieving individual and team results, and leading an integrated sales team. The role reports to the Executive Director and works closely with senior adults while coordinating with corporate marketing leadership.

Processes billing across multiple organizational areas, assists with accounts payable and basic accounting, maintains healthcare paperwork and records, and provides administrative support across departments. The role requires familiarity with medical terminology, healthcare administrative processes, billing fundamentals, and strong organization while managing multiple priorities independently.

Provide overnight front-desk coverage (PRN) from 11:00pm–7:00am, welcoming residents, families, and visitors. Handle check-ins, phone triage, basic administrative tasks, and escalate emergencies or staff needs. Maintain organized, professional reception area and deliver compassionate service to seniors.

Assist the Director of Nursing in administering and coordinating nursing services for a skilled nursing unit. Lead infection control and employee health programs, monitor clinical processes for five-star care, assume Director duties when absent, and support nursing leadership to ensure excellent resident-focused care and regulatory compliance.

Lead community sales and marketing to achieve census goals by developing and executing the marketing plan, managing and coaching the sales team, handling lead management, and engaging prospective senior residents through presentations, calls, and closings. Reports to Executive Director and partners with corporate VP of Marketing and Sales.

Provide direct nursing care in a senior living community: coordinate aides, perform daily nursing tasks, administer medications, and meet residents' clinical needs with compassion and high standards.

Provide basic daily nursing care for residents in a continuing-care retirement community: supervise CNAs, administer medications, meet resident nursing needs efficiently and compassionately, and uphold high standards of quality care.

Provide licensed nursing care to senior residents on PRN weekend shifts at a continuing care retirement community. Build relationships with residents, administer medications and treatments per care plans, document care, collaborate with the care team, and participate in training to ensure outstanding resident care.

Provide direct nursing care in a senior living community: supervise aides, administer medications, perform basic nursing tasks, and ensure high-quality, person-centered care for residents across any shift (PRN).

Provide as-needed nursing care at Crestview Retirement Community: direct aides, perform basic nursing functions, administer medications, and ensure high-quality resident care across assisted living, memory support, skilled nursing, and rehabilitation.

Provide nursing care to older adults across independent living, assisted living, and memory support. Build relationships with residents, administer medications, monitor health status, collaborate with interdisciplinary team, and ensure high-quality, compassionate care.

Lead strategic HR operations for a faith-based nonprofit senior living organization. Oversee talent acquisition, employee relations, compensation and benefits, training, compliance, workplace safety, performance management, HR systems, and culture-building while collaborating with executive leadership to align HR with mission and operational goals.

Provide licensed vocational nursing care on night shift at a 5-star retirement community. Perform resident assessments, medication administration, basic nursing procedures, monitor health status, communicate with families and staff, and model ICARE values to support residents' physical, cognitive, emotional, and social needs.
