Coordinates rehabilitation department operations, including therapy scheduling, referrals, admissions, discharges, documentation, insurance verification, authorizations, reports, meetings, and care conferences. Serves as a liaison among residents, families, therapists, leadership, and the rehabilitation partner. Maintains accurate confidential records, supports HIPAA compliance, and provides customer service to residents and families navigating therapy services.

The Sales and Marketing Director develops and updates the community marketing plan to achieve census and sales goals. Responsibilities include generating and managing leads, conducting presentations, closing sales, achieving individual and team results, and leading an integrated sales team. The role reports to the Executive Director and works closely with senior adults while coordinating with corporate marketing leadership.

Processes billing across multiple organizational areas, assists with accounts payable and basic accounting, maintains healthcare paperwork and records, and provides administrative support across departments. The role requires familiarity with medical terminology, healthcare administrative processes, billing fundamentals, and strong organization while managing multiple priorities independently.
