Provide overnight front desk coverage on weekends: greet residents and guests, answer phones, route calls, patrol buildings and grounds, and perform light maintenance and environmental upkeep.

Supervise and coordinate daily nursing operations, ensure staff coverage and supplies, oversee infection control and employee health, review EMR documentation, communicate with residents families, maintain regulatory compliance, and fill nursing shifts as needed.

Plan, coordinate, and lead daily activities and enrichment programs for residents in the Memory Care neighborhood. Assess resident needs, promote events, and support a healthy, engaging lifestyle for seniors.
