Supports the Executive Director and leadership team by managing schedules, preparing reports and presentations, coordinating board and committee meetings, organizing events and conferences, handling confidential information, serving as a professional contact for residents and staff, and reconciling monthly credit card and charge accounts.

Provide nursing care to assisted living residents, including coordinating aides, performing daily nursing functions, administering medications, and addressing residents’ health needs. Maintain efficient, compassionate, high-quality care while supporting older adults in a team-based environment.

Coordinates rehabilitation department operations, including therapy scheduling, referrals, admissions, discharges, documentation, insurance verification, authorizations, reports, meetings, and care conferences. Serves as a liaison among residents, families, therapists, leadership, and the rehabilitation partner. Maintains accurate confidential records, supports HIPAA compliance, and provides customer service to residents and families navigating therapy services.
