Supervise and support program staff and volunteers, oversee daily program operations and compliance with licensing, contractual, and regulatory requirements, develop procedures and improvements, assist with service and treatment planning, provide training and on-call or direct services as needed.

Provide home visits, crisis intervention, and ongoing case management for unaccompanied children released to sponsors. Assess placement safety, link children to education, health, legal, and social services, maintain documentation, and communicate with supervisors. Lead and supervise seasonal and year-round camp programming for people with disabilities, oversee staff training and safety, run weekend respites and travel adventures, serve as on-site administrator in the Camp Director's absence, coordinate events and recruitment, maintain records, and ensure high-quality participant care and program delivery.

Provide individual, group, and family therapy to unaccompanied children; perform mental health and risk/trafficking screenings; create and document service plans; deliver crisis intervention; coordinate with program staff and community resources; participate in case reviews; travel frequently to client communities; serve as on-call therapist as assigned.

Lead and grow the organization’s social media presence across platforms; create and edit copy, graphics, photos, and short-form video; manage content calendar, website updates, and email campaigns; analyze performance metrics; design marketing collateral; support fundraising and cross-department collaboration; attend events and maintain brand consistency.

Supervise and coordinate the Case Management team for youth housing programs: ensure compliance with agency and grant requirements, develop systems and procedures, train and evaluate staff, manage records and reporting, liaise with external partners on licensing and compliance, and support program goals.

Support the Development team by coordinating donor and volunteer relationships, managing in-kind donations, assisting event logistics and campus tours, maintaining the donor database, and representing the agency at community events.
