Supervise and support program staff and volunteers, oversee daily program operations and compliance with licensing, contractual, and regulatory requirements, develop procedures and improvements, assist with service and treatment planning, provide training and on-call or direct services as needed.

Provide home visits, crisis intervention, and ongoing case management for unaccompanied children released to sponsors. Assess placement safety, link children to education, health, legal, and social services, maintain documentation, and communicate with supervisors. Participate in supervision and comply with federal suitability/background checks.

Provide coordination and case management for youth in a Supervised Independent Living program: build relationships, offer emotional support, perform assessments, apply crisis intervention, motivational interviewing and trauma-informed approaches, and support program development and quality improvement.
