Own financial processes, controls, audits, forecasting, board reporting, vendor and banking relationships, and team development. Responsibilities include people strategy, organizational design, manager coaching, employee relations, performance management, career frameworks, compensation and benefits, HR analytics, onboarding, global mobility, immigration, HRIS optimization, compliance, and culture. The role is hands-on and partners closely with founders, managers, Finance, Operations, and Talent Acquisition to build scalable programs and processes.

Build and maintain full-stack, backend-leaning financial technology applications using JavaScript, React, Node.js, and MongoDB. Own projects end to end, investigate and resolve production issues, participate in code reviews and interviews, and collaborate on the product roadmap. The role emphasizes scalable production systems, customer-focused development, clear communication, and balancing rapid delivery with technical quality.

Own full-cycle recruiting for individual contributor roles across Engineering, Product, Data, and Design. Source and close exceptional technical talent through outbound recruiting, deliver high-touch candidate experiences, improve recruiting processes using data, and introduce AI-enabled workflows. Build and operate a software engineering internship program, partner closely with hiring leaders, and help strengthen Method’s talent brand and recruiting infrastructure.

Build and own Method’s visual and interactive design layer across its website, design system, demos, dashboard, and embedded product. Develop shader-based Three.js/WebGL experiences, polished data visualizations, motion, generative UI, and JSON-driven component libraries. Partner with engineering and design leadership to establish aesthetic direction, make technical tradeoffs, reduce contractor reliance, contribute to open source, and eventually help grow the design team.

Lead technical discovery and solutioning for pre-sales opportunities, translating customer architectures and goals into integration plans, sequencing, risks, and tradeoffs. Partner with account executives, customer success, technical teams, and Product to accelerate technical alignment, support expansion, build reusable discovery playbooks and reference architectures, and maintain product knowledge resources. The role also involves post-sale solutioning, customer enablement, technical demos, and feeding recurring customer insights into product roadmap decisions.

Drive new revenue by identifying, developing, and closing enterprise deals with banks, credit unions, lending institutions, and fintechs. Manage complex end-to-end sales processes, build executive relationships, maintain a strong prospect pipeline, collaborate on sales strategy and collateral, support account-based marketing and events, and consistently meet or exceed sales quotas.
