The Head of Customer Success will build and lead the customer success strategy and team, ensuring customers realize ROI and maintain strong relationships. This role focuses on optimizing customer onboarding, service standards, and leveraging customer insights to influence product development and strategy.

Lead commercial contracting for lending and emerging commerce: draft, negotiate, and execute agreements; partner with Sales and Customer Success to shorten turnaround; design AI-powered legal workflows, playbooks, and automation; provide regulatory and product counsel; and scale cross-functional legal processes.

The Solutions Engineer will enhance technical sales by managing pre-sales activities, conducting technical discovery, and creating solution plans to expedite customer integration with Method's API.
