Build and own Method’s frontend design craft across its design system, website, dashboard, and embedded product. Develop shader-based Three.js and WebGL experiences, dynamic JSON-driven UI, data visualizations, motion, and React component libraries. Partner with design and engineering leadership to establish visual direction, make implementation tradeoffs, improve frontend quality, reduce contractor reliance, contribute to open source, and eventually help grow the design team.

Own full-cycle technical recruiting for individual contributor roles across Engineering, Product, Data, and Design. Build and manage a software engineering internship program, improve recruiting funnels and candidate experience, use data to optimize processes, and introduce AI-enabled recruiting workflows. Partner closely with engineering and product leaders to source, engage, close, and hire exceptional technical talent in an early-stage startup environment.

The Enterprise Account Executive will drive new revenue by identifying, developing, and closing enterprise deals with banks, credit unions, lending institutions, and fintechs. Responsibilities include managing complex end-to-end sales cycles, building pipeline, understanding customer objectives, articulating technical and financial value, negotiating contracts, forecasting revenue, and collaborating with leadership, marketing, and go-to-market teams on growth initiatives.
