Oversee daily restaurant operations, financial performance, staffing, service standards, guest experience, and team development. Lead front- and back-of-house teams, manage P&L, budgeting, forecasting, labor and food costs, recruit and coach employees, address guest feedback, and collaborate with culinary, marketing, events, and hotel leadership to maintain an elevated, design-focused hospitality experience.
