Lead strategic sales initiatives for a luxury apartment-style hotel, driving group, corporate, entertainment, relocation, and extended-stay revenue. Responsibilities include developing sales strategies, cultivating key accounts, conducting property tours, negotiating contracts, managing RFPs, maintaining forecasts and CRM records, monitoring market trends, and collaborating with revenue management and operations.

Supports hotel cleanliness, organization, and daily operations across public areas, housekeeping spaces, and back-of-house zones. Delivers linens, removes trash, restocks supplies, assists with deep cleaning, performs light maintenance, responds to guest requests, and supports event setups. Requires safe handling of equipment and adherence to sanitation, safety, and brand standards while providing friendly, guest-focused service.

Supervise daily front desk operations, lead and coach associates, deliver professional guest service, oversee check-ins, check-outs, reservations, and inquiries, resolve concerns, maintain records and shift reports, coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance, and support scheduling, inventory, and administrative tasks.
