Oversee daily Front Office and Food & Beverage operations at ROOST Baltimore. Lead, coach, and develop hospitality teams; maintain guest service, cleanliness, safety, and operational standards; manage reservations, billing, room readiness, inventory, and service recovery; coordinate with Housekeeping, Maintenance, Reservations, culinary, and property leadership; and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, guest experience, and revenue.

Supports daily hotel front office operations, leads Front Desk and Guest Services staff, manages check-ins, check-outs, reservations, guest communications, and service recovery. Assists with training, scheduling, reporting, inventory, VIP arrivals, and administrative duties while maintaining service standards and coordinating with housekeeping, maintenance, and property leadership. Serves as the on-property front office leader when senior management is unavailable.

Supervise daily front desk operations at ROOST Detroit, lead and support associates, oversee check-ins, check-outs, reservations, and guest inquiries, and resolve concerns professionally. The role includes training and coaching staff, maintaining records and shift documentation, coordinating with hotel departments, monitoring lobby presentation, and assisting with scheduling, inventory, and administrative duties.
