Processes residential rental revenue transactions, including move-ins, move-outs, lease charges, deposits, adjustments, and accounts receivable activity. Prepares rent roll, vacancy, A/R, LMR, and reconciliation reports; maintains tenant ledgers and related accounts; processes payments and NSF items; supports collections, audits, communications, and special projects. The role is hybrid and works with finance and property operations teams.

Supervise accounts payable staff and oversee high-volume invoice processing and payments. Maintain vendor relationships, resolve discrepancies, prepare AP reports, ensure policy and regulatory compliance, and collaborate cross-departmentally.

Coordinate procurement activities for multi-residential property projects: vet and negotiate with suppliers, issue and track purchase orders, manage deliveries, maintain records, support contracts, vendor onboarding, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
