Coordinate procurement activities for multi-residential property projects: vet and negotiate with suppliers, issue and track purchase orders, manage deliveries, maintain records, support contracts, vendor onboarding, and identify cost-saving opportunities.

Senior hands-on IT leader responsible for strategy and day-to-day operations across systems, network, cloud (Microsoft 365), phone/VoIP, MDM/mobile devices, end-user support, cybersecurity, projects, vendor and budget management to support multi-residential property operations.

Prepare and analyze financials for multi-residential properties including revenue analytics, budgeting and forecasting, utility and realty tax analysis, acquisitions support, and ad hoc financial modelling. Deliver variance analysis, consumption trends, and insights to support management decisions and tax appeal processes. Build and maintain complex Excel models and collaborate with internal teams and third-party consultants.

Manage revenue administration and tenant accounts across a property portfolio: process rent increases (NORIs, AGIs), post rent and parking charges, maintain tenant ledgers and reconciliations, prepare A/R and vacancy reports, support audits and process improvements, and communicate with property teams and residents.

Supervise accounts payable staff and oversee high-volume invoice processing and payments. Maintain vendor relationships, resolve discrepancies, prepare AP reports, ensure policy and regulatory compliance, and collaborate cross-departmentally.
