Build and own Metaview’s strategic finance function, including operating models, annual planning, forecasts, board and investor reporting, dashboards, fundraising support, and investor relations. Partner with Sales, Marketing, Engagement, and Product on pricing, capacity planning, unit economics, and go-to-market efficiency. This hands-on role requires building scalable processes and using AI to improve financial analysis and decision-making.

Support the CEO by managing priorities, schedules, communications, and relationships with customers, investors, board members, and candidates. Organize founder projects, including talks, podcasts, dinners, events, and offsites. Operate the London office to a high standard, proactively resolve administrative issues, and use AI to streamline workflows. The role requires discretion, strategic judgment, exceptional organization, high execution speed, and in-person work in London with flexibility for US time zones.

Owns Mid-Market revenue, quota, forecasting, hiring, and performance in New York City. The manager will recruit and develop account executives, coach live deals, reinforce pipeline generation and MEDDPICC qualification, run forecast and pipeline reviews, and improve sales operating rhythms and reporting. The role requires leading high-velocity sales teams, developing talent, and adapting an existing sales playbook while preparing for expanded regional or second-line leadership.
