Enterprise Account Executive responsible for prospecting and closing complex B2B SaaS deals with large organizations. The role requires building qualified pipelines, managing multi-threaded stakeholder relationships, applying enterprise sales methodologies, forecasting accurately, and engaging executive buyers. The successful candidate will develop expertise in AI recruiting applications, provide market feedback to founders and product teams, and help establish the company’s remote enterprise sales organization.

Build and own new AI-powered recruiting products from customer discovery through production, adoption, reliability, and iteration. Responsibilities include developing AI agents, user interfaces, APIs, data models, permissions, and production systems. The role requires direct customer engagement, cross-functional product and engineering judgment, hands-on coding, and independent ownership of customer outcomes. Engineers use AI coding agents while retaining responsibility for architecture, implementation, review, debugging, and production behavior.

Build and own customer-facing recruiting software across the product stack. Responsibilities include developing autonomous AI agents, workflow interfaces, permissions, APIs, data models, and production systems. Engineers work directly with customers, define problems, make product and architectural decisions, ship rapidly, and own reliability and iteration after launch. The role is hands-on, spanning frontend and backend implementation, with scope ranging from bounded mid-level outcomes to broader staff-level technical leadership.
