Leads regional quality control for plush toy production across Southern Vietnam. Oversees pre-production, inline, and final inspections; reviews samples; ensures compliance with EN71, ASTM F963, CPSIA, and AQL requirements; manages factory audits and corrective actions; analyzes defects and quality KPIs; maintains documentation; and supervises QC inspectors.

Support new product development from design through pilot production as the technical liaison between UK development teams and Vietnam factories. Assess product risks, safety compliance, construction, manufacturing feasibility, and pilot-run processes from cutting through packing. Conduct factory audits, identify quality issues, recommend corrective actions, update work instructions, and coordinate with production and quality teams to ensure products meet safety and manufacturing standards.

Manages factory relationships and regional teams while partnering with supply chain, finance, logistics, procurement, and commercial stakeholders. Requires extensive multinational manufacturing leadership experience, strong quality and lean manufacturing expertise, and regular travel across production sites in Asia.

Manage internal and client accounting, including accounts payable and receivable, invoicing, bank reconciliations, payroll, insurance and labor procedures, tax returns, financial statements, and statutory reports. Coordinate with auditors, tax inspectors, and authorities, communicate with clients in English and Vietnamese, and support internal ad hoc tasks. The role requires strong knowledge of Vietnamese accounting and tax regulations, accuracy, timely delivery, and client-service skills.

Drive sales and account management for business services supporting companies expanding into Vietnam. Identify target markets, prospect and win new clients, manage relationships, generate inbound leads, coordinate marketing agencies, present service solutions, and contribute creative ideas to business growth. The role requires at least three years of business services sales experience, strong English communication, presentation and project management skills, independence, KPI focus, and proficiency with business productivity tools.

Supports the setup, activation, deactivation, monitoring, and optimization of paid digital advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, Microsoft Ads, and other platforms. Ensures accurate creative, promotions, and messaging; implements client briefs; reports campaign metrics; flags issues; and assists with performance reports, presentations, documentation, and client updates across multiple accounts.

Build the agency’s Vietnamese market presence from scratch by identifying target B2B companies, conducting bilingual outreach, leading discovery calls, managing the sales pipeline, and closing new client agreements. The role also provides market intelligence, coordinates Vietnamese clients with the international team, represents the company at local events, and localizes sales materials and messaging.
