Lead design and delivery of complex .NET/C# systems: architecture, development, testing, deployment, incident response, and technical mentorship. Drive CI/CD, automated testing, scalability, performance tuning, and technical debt reduction while collaborating with stakeholders and balancing feature delivery with long-term strategy.

Develop and maintain full-stack features using Python, Flask, React, and TypeScript. Design database schemas, write functionality tests, support CI/CD pipelines and cloud infrastructure, and work with Docker and AWS. Propose UI/UX solutions, communicate with stakeholders, and independently own features from backend services through frontend interfaces.
