Develop and optimize metallurgical processes for centrifugal casting, collaborate with customers to translate technical requirements, investigate alloy behavior and microstructure, troubleshoot production issues, and prepare technical reports and specifications to drive process and product improvements.

Perform liquid penetrant and magnetic particle nondestructive testing on castings per established procedures, including dipping, processing, pre/post cleaning, demagnetizing, moving product, and completing required Level 1 certification within six months. Heavy lifting required.

Develop detailed cost and lead-time estimates for custom castings by reviewing drawings and specifications. Estimate material, labor, casting, heat treat, machining, inspection, and outside processing costs. Collaborate with sales, engineering, metallurgy, manufacturing, quality, and operations to produce competitive, manufacturable quotes and identify risks, assumptions, and special process needs.

Lead month-end close, prepare and present financial statements, manage costing and variance analysis, oversee inventory valuation and audits, drive process improvements, budgeting and forecasting, cash flow and working capital management, and support long-term financial planning and capital project evaluations in a manufacturing environment.

Drive growth of the static castings business by prospecting, following up on RFQs, developing sales strategies, closing orders, meeting bookings targets, maintaining CRM updates, and building relationships with key decision makers.

Office-based sales role focused on growing centrifugal casting business in the Process Industry. Develop prospecting plans, pursue RFQs, manage account sales process, close orders, meet bookings/new business targets, build decision-maker relationships, and maintain daily CRM updates. Travel up to 25%.

Sell, price, and support heat-, wear- and corrosion-resistant metal alloy products. Engage customers, plan projects, provide technical guidance on foundry and fabrication techniques, and manage accounts. Participate in onboarding and training programs and use project management and computer skills to support sales and customer service.
