Operate an induction furnace to melt metals/alloys to specifications, load charge materials, monitor temperatures and chemistry, take samples, maintain ladles and furnaces, pour metal, maintain molds/carts and heat records, and perform heavy lifting in high-heat environments.

Lead month-end close, prepare and present financial statements, manage costing and variance analysis, oversee inventory valuation and audits, drive process improvements, budgeting and forecasting, cash flow and working capital management, and support long-term financial planning and capital project evaluations in a manufacturing environment.

Perform liquid penetrant and magnetic particle nondestructive testing on castings per established procedures, including dipping, processing, pre/post cleaning, demagnetizing, moving product, and completing required Level 1 certification within six months. Heavy lifting required.

Produce high-quality flask and flaskless air-set sand molds (NBL/NBF/Carousel) following daily schedules, SOPs, and work instructions. Perform startup/shutdown inspections, mixer calibration, tooling inspection, job setup, mold preparation for pouring, housekeeping, and required documentation.

Develop and optimize metallurgical processes for centrifugal casting, collaborate with customers to translate technical requirements, investigate alloy behavior and microstructure, troubleshoot production issues, and prepare technical reports and specifications to drive process and product improvements.

Lead end-to-end investment casting plant operations, drive safety and continuous improvement, meet production/cost/quality/delivery targets, develop supervisory leaders, support customer success, and collaborate on plant strategy and long-term planning.
