Office-based sales role focused on growing centrifugal casting business in the Process Industry. Develop prospecting plans, pursue RFQs, manage account sales process, close orders, meet bookings/new business targets, build decision-maker relationships, and maintain daily CRM updates. Travel up to 25%.

Lead No-Bake Molding and Core Room operations in a foundry manufacturing environment. Supervise, coach, and develop production employees while ensuring safety, quality, productivity, and delivery goals. Oversee molding, core-making, melt, and pour procedures; support scheduling, inventory control, quality systems, and continuous improvement. Collaborate with maintenance, engineering, quality, and operations teams, conduct safety investigations, and participate in hiring and performance management.

Provides proactive executive and administrative support to the CEO and executive team, including complex calendar management, meeting and travel coordination, board and stakeholder communication, document preparation, expense processing, vendor coordination, recruiting support, and special projects. The role requires discretion, sound judgment, strong organization, and the ability to anticipate needs and track commitments through completion in a fast-paced environment.

Participate in 9–12 month engineering rotations across manufacturing facilities in Wisconsin, Missouri, and Ohio. Gain hands-on experience in foundry operations, metal-casting processes, automation, continuous improvement, and technical engineering functions. Work in both office and shop-floor environments while developing technical, communication, leadership, and operational skills through mentoring and meaningful manufacturing projects.

Supports foundry metallurgy projects involving melt practice revisions, defect analysis, casting parameter studies, quality and material property evaluation, and heat treatment research. The intern may work directly with production melters and analyze microstructures and macrostructures. Candidates should be pursuing a materials or metallurgical degree and preferably have junior standing.

Summer 2027 internship supporting foundry process engineering projects, including revising melt practices, analyzing casting defects through microstructural and macrostructural evaluation, and assessing how casting parameters affect product quality and properties. The role involves collaboration with foundry-floor melters and is intended for engineering students with a materials, metallurgical, industrial, or mechanical engineering background.

Summer 2027 Sales Intern supporting sales estimating, providing backup assistance to the Inside Sales team during vacations, and helping prepare for the annual National Sales Meeting. The role is project-based and intended for a junior-level student pursuing a Materials or Mechanical Engineering degree.

Support continuous improvement across manufacturing processes through 5S, MDI, SQCD daily management, Six Sigma data analysis, Kaizen, and 8D problem-solving. The hands-on role focuses on improving shop safety and productivity, collecting and analyzing production data, and sustaining improvements in production facilities.

Supports summer engineering projects in a centrifugal foundry, including defect investigation, shrink-factor and sizing studies, electronic file retention, purchase requisitions, facility database work, quality reviews, and creating work instructions and procedures.

Summer electrical internship supporting electrical inventory verification and organization, repair-part sourcing, spare-parts evaluation, and updates to electrical drawings and schematics at an industrial foundry.

Sell, price, and support heat-, wear- and corrosion-resistant metal alloy products. Engage customers, plan projects, provide technical guidance on foundry and fabrication techniques, and manage accounts. Participate in onboarding and training programs and use project management and computer skills to support sales and customer service.

Sets up, adjusts, and operates petrochemical machining equipment to rough- and finish-machine metal tubes and parts. Reads blueprints and process documentation, selects tooling, adjusts speeds and feeds, maintains tight tolerances, performs precision inspections, documents SPC and material traceability, resolves machining issues, operates lifting equipment, cleans work areas, and assists with training new employees.

Develop and optimize metallurgical processes for centrifugal casting, collaborate with customers to translate technical requirements, investigate alloy behavior and microstructure, troubleshoot production issues, and prepare technical reports and specifications to drive process and product improvements.

Perform liquid penetrant and magnetic particle nondestructive testing on castings per established procedures, including dipping, processing, pre/post cleaning, demagnetizing, moving product, and completing required Level 1 certification within six months. Heavy lifting required.
