Engage customers, plan projects, provide technical guidance on foundry and fabrication techniques, and manage accounts. Participate in onboarding and training programs and use project management and computer skills to support sales and customer service.

Develop and optimize metallurgical processes for centrifugal casting, collaborate with customers to translate technical requirements, investigate alloy behavior and microstructure, troubleshoot production issues, and prepare technical reports and specifications to drive process and product improvements.

Drive growth of the static castings business by prospecting, following up on RFQs, developing sales strategies, closing orders, meeting bookings targets, maintaining CRM updates, and building relationships with key decision makers.
