Manages daily operations of an onsite office services site in a legal office environment, supervising a small team and overseeing copy, courier, print, hospitality, imaging, and mail services. Ensures service-level agreements, quality, staffing, compliance, reporting, customer satisfaction, and financial responsibilities are met. Provides coaching, training, performance management, client communication, business reviews, and issue resolution.

Provides office services across multiple customer locations, including mail, shipping and receiving, copy production, reception, hospitality, and conference room setup. Supports account operations, implementations, process improvements, onboarding, compliance inspections, customer issue resolution, reporting, and expense submissions. Requires flexibility to travel between sites, work varying schedules, interact with customers, stand and walk for extended periods, and lift up to 50 pounds.

Provides reception, visitor registration, phone and email support, conference room and catering coordination, mail and package handling, and copy/print assistance. Requires excellent customer service, communication, confidentiality, schedule flexibility, and the ability to support multiple client locations. The role includes occasional lifting of catering supplies, mail, and packages, with conflicting statements regarding personal-vehicle driving requirements.
