Lead hands-on motion, digital, social, presentation, print, and brand design for clients and firm-wide teams. Own select client relationships, present creative work, manage feedback, scope deliverables for proposals, support business development, and identify opportunities to expand client creative services. Build decks, reports, templates, and campaign assets while maintaining visual identity systems. Manage concurrent projects independently, collaborate across teams, and provide direction to freelance designers.

Paid fall interns will support office administration, daily operations, news clip distribution, memo writing, and research projects. Interns will collaborate with project associates and other staff in a fast-paced consulting environment. The role requires availability for approximately 12–40 hours weekly during weekday business hours and regular in-office attendance in Washington, DC.

Lead the development of GEO and SEO capabilities across two strategic consulting firms. Build methodologies, scoring frameworks, tools, workflows, and a specialist team; drive business development; advise clients; audit and optimize content, websites, social profiles, and entity visibility; create executive deliverables; train colleagues; and represent the practice externally.
