The Senior Product Manager will lead integration strategies for CEXs and Web3 Wallets, drive operational efficiency, and collaborate with engineering and business development teams to enhance core infrastructure and connectivity.

Lead Mesh’s Japan commercial expansion and serve as statutory director of its Japan entity. Own the business development pipeline across crypto exchanges, payment service providers, banks, and fintechs; build strategic relationships; represent Mesh to partners and regulators; oversee governance and board reporting; coordinate with global legal, compliance, and business development teams; report on market progress; and recruit and manage the growing local team.

Lead Mesh’s exploration of agentic commerce and determine how AI agents can buy, sell, and move money. Research protocols, standards, model capabilities, and startups; develop hypotheses; build working agent prototypes by writing code and integrating APIs; run experiments on live payment rails; recruit customers; participate in industry communities; and present evidence-backed recommendations for future product investments.

Lead full-cycle B2B sales across APAC for Mesh Pay, prospecting, negotiating, and closing partnerships with payment gateways, PSPs, acquiring banks, and crypto-ready merchants. Build a 20+ account pipeline, structure commercial deals, and coordinate integration scoping with Product and Solutions Engineering across Singapore, Southeast Asia, South Korea, and Japan.

Drive pre-sales technical engagements: build customer relationships, design and demo API/SDK solutions, produce playbooks, troubleshoot integrations, and accelerate implementations across crypto and fintech customers. Collaborate with Sales, Support Engineering, and Product; mentor customer teams and optimize internal workflows.

Guide customers through technical implementations, adoption, and scaling of Mesh APIs and SDKs. Design post-sales solutions, advise customer engineering teams, troubleshoot integrations, create implementation playbooks, optimize tooling and workflows, and lead technical discussions with customers and executives. The role requires crypto and fintech knowledge, cross-functional collaboration, and occasional travel.

Leads the full-stack Web3 engineering organization, setting technical strategy and managing senior engineering teams. Oversees wallet infrastructure, multi-chain integrations, RPC nodes, transaction monitoring, payment settlement workflows, and scalable distributed systems. Partners with product, design, compliance, legal, and executive stakeholders to establish roadmaps, delivery plans, engineering standards, and reliability expectations.

Provide in-house legal counsel to product, engineering, and design on privacy, IP, financial regulation, consumer protection, and product terms from ideation through launch. Build review processes, manage trademark and patent strategy, advise on open-source compliance, and align product decisions with compliance and risk appetite while tracking regulatory developments.

Own and operate Mesh's card program end-to-end: launch, growth, bank and network partnerships, compliance (KYC/AML/fraud), consumer payment UX, wallet integrations, and commercialization across markets. Lead partner integrations, define program economics, and solve disputes and risk while driving distribution through wallet partners.

Lead and own Mesh's end-to-end consumer and merchant design experience. Solve complex crypto/payments UX problems, ship hands-on design work, build and manage the design team, set design strategy and workflows (including AI tooling), and represent design at the executive level to influence product direction.

Lead and scale a small Forward Deployed Engineering team that embeds with strategic partners to deliver production crypto payment integrations. Hire and mentor senior engineers, own delivery and executive-level partner relationships, define engagement and qualification standards, and translate partner needs into prioritized platform productization and monitoring.
