Lead Mesh’s Japan commercial expansion and serve as statutory director of its Japan entity. Own the business development pipeline across crypto exchanges, payment service providers, banks, and fintechs; build strategic relationships; represent Mesh to partners and regulators; oversee governance and board reporting; coordinate with global legal, compliance, and business development teams; report on market progress; and recruit and manage the growing local team.

Lead architecture and implementation of scalable, secure backend services and APIs for a global crypto payments network. Drive technical decisions, mentor engineers, collaborate with product and design, optimize performance, and champion infrastructure-as-code, DevSecOps, and security best practices across services deployed on Azure and Kubernetes.

Lead full-cycle B2B sales across APAC for Mesh Pay, prospecting, negotiating, and closing partnerships with payment gateways, PSPs, acquiring banks, and crypto-ready merchants. Build a 20+ account pipeline, structure commercial deals, and coordinate integration scoping with Product and Solutions Engineering across Singapore, Southeast Asia, South Korea, and Japan.
