Supports manufacturing quality systems, inspection plans, process controls, root cause analysis, corrective actions, PFMEAs, audits, SPC, capability studies, and new-product quality planning. The role investigates product and process nonconformances, collaborates with engineering, manufacturing, suppliers, and service teams, and uses quality data to reduce defects and improve process performance. It requires strong production-floor presence, technical reporting, and adherence to ISO 9001 and applicable customer, regulatory, and industry requirements.

Supports the development, integration, deployment, and maintenance of SCADA and telemetry systems for distributed power generation assets. Troubleshoots Linux edge devices, industrial networks, PLC integrations, software, databases, cloud services, and communications. Develops data acquisition, alarming, logging, and backend functionality while participating in testing, commissioning, code reviews, and production support. Collaborates across engineering, cybersecurity, manufacturing, service, and operations teams to deliver reliable and secure systems.

Leads the design, analysis, and commissioning of utility-scale and industrial electrical power systems, including generation, transmission, distribution, substations, protection and control, and SCADA integration. Performs power system studies, develops technical documentation, ensures regulatory compliance, supports field troubleshooting, coordinates multidisciplinary projects, interfaces with clients and utilities, and mentors junior engineering and field personnel.

Leads the design, analysis, implementation, and commissioning of utility-scale and industrial electrical power systems. Performs load flow, short-circuit, arc-flash, relay coordination, and transient stability studies; oversees protection, control, SCADA, and substation systems; develops technical documentation; ensures code and regulatory compliance; supports field troubleshooting; coordinates clients, utilities, contractors, and internal teams; and mentors junior technical staff.

Design, integrate, test, and document industrial power generation/control systems from concept through production. Own control system architecture, PLC logic review, protection and fault analysis, code compliance, testing, troubleshooting, and cross-functional project delivery while mentoring junior engineers.

Lead strategic sourcing and category management for mechanical, electrical, fuel-system, and ancillary components across US manufacturing sites. Drive supplier selection, contract negotiation, supplier relationship management, risk mitigation, cost-reduction, continuous improvement, and cross-functional NPI sourcing. Track spend and savings, ensure procurement compliance, and report to procurement leadership.
