Drive total-cost-of-ownership strategies, negotiate agreements, manage supplier risk, support NPI and cross-functional sourcing projects, track spend/savings, and ensure procurement compliance across multiple US manufacturing sites.

Leads enterprise category management and strategic sourcing across manufacturing operations. Develops multi-year category strategies, manages RFx processes and supplier selection, negotiates complex contracts, optimizes total cost of ownership, and strengthens supply resilience. Oversees supplier performance, risk mitigation, cost reduction, new product introduction support, and executive reporting. Partners cross-functionally with engineering, operations, quality, logistics, finance, and legal teams while mentoring category managers and driving procurement best practices.

Design, integrate, test, and document industrial power generation/control systems from concept through production. Own control system architecture, PLC logic review, protection and fault analysis, code compliance, testing, troubleshooting, and cross-functional project delivery while mentoring junior engineers.

Lead daily warehouse operations by supervising team leads and frontline staff to ensure safe, accurate, and efficient material flow across receiving, storage, and shipping. Set priorities, manage staffing, enforce safety and inventory controls in WMS/ERP, resolve discrepancies, support continuous improvement, and provide coaching and performance feedback.

Lead strategic sourcing and category management for mechanical, electrical, fuel-system, and ancillary components across US manufacturing sites. Drive supplier selection, contract negotiation, supplier relationship management, risk mitigation, cost-reduction, continuous improvement, and cross-functional NPI sourcing. Track spend and savings, ensure procurement compliance, and report to procurement leadership.
