Design, integrate, test, and document industrial power generation/control systems from concept through production. Own control system architecture, PLC logic review, protection and fault analysis, code compliance, testing, troubleshooting, and cross-functional project delivery while mentoring junior engineers.

Lead daily warehouse operations, supervising team leads and frontline staff to ensure safe, accurate material flow across receiving, storage, and shipping. Translate priorities into execution, enforce safety and inventory accuracy, manage staffing and throughput, support cycle counts and ERP/WMS transactions, resolve discrepancies, and drive continuous improvement alongside the Warehouse Manager.

Lead enterprise HR programs for a ~1,000-employee decentralized manufacturer: talent management, compensation, succession planning, workforce analytics, change management, HR systems, M&A/IPO readiness, and HR team leadership to drive organizational effectiveness and compliance.
