Lead end-to-end analytics solutions: gather requirements with stakeholders, build production-quality ETL and visualizations, coach junior analysts, communicate progress and roadblocks, support proposals and pitches, and contribute to firm initiatives and client delivery.

Full-cycle Recruiting Manager responsible for sourcing, pipeline building, candidate experience, interview coordination, tracking hiring metrics, supporting diversity efforts, and improving recruiting processes. Partners with hiring managers, runs sourcing campaigns, manages high-volume pipelines, and uses ATS and social recruiting to fill consulting and data/non-data roles. May travel <20% for events and interviews.

Support NetSuite ERP implementation and perform day-to-day accounting: client invoicing, AR/WIP monitoring, AP support, monthly reconciliations, engagement administration, and ad hoc finance tasks for a professional services firm.
