Provides strategic leadership and operational oversight for YMCA childcare and out-of-school-time programs. Responsibilities include supervising directors, ensuring regulatory compliance and program quality, managing budgets, supporting technology systems, leading staff development and recruitment, expanding programs, addressing family and community concerns, coordinating marketing, and implementing new initiatives. The role also supports accreditation, strategic priorities, philanthropy, and overall childcare operations.

Coordinates and delivers the Adelante youth development program, supports students transitioning to and applying for high school, facilitates orientations and group programming, manages scholarship processes, collaborates with community partners, and tracks program data, surveys, and participant satisfaction. The role also promotes an inclusive, safe environment and provides leadership, relationship-building, and staff training.

Leads YMCA school-age childcare programming under the Site Coordinator. Plans developmentally appropriate curriculum, supervises children, tracks attendance, maintains classroom cleanliness, ensures compliance with licensing and safety standards, and promotes youth development, healthy living, and social responsibility. Provides safe, motivational leadership to children, families, volunteers, and staff while maintaining CPR and First Aid certifications.

Supports the Group Leader and Site Coordinator in supervising school-aged children, implementing developmentally appropriate curriculum, tracking attendance, maintaining classroom cleanliness, and ensuring compliance with safety, licensing, and quality standards. Promotes children’s safety and emotional wellbeing, documents incidents, communicates effectively with families and staff, and represents YMCA values and service excellence.

Supports the Group Leader and Site Coordinator in supervising school-aged children, implementing developmentally appropriate curriculum, tracking attendance, maintaining a safe and clean classroom, meeting licensing and quality standards, documenting incidents, and promoting YMCA values. Requires knowledge of child development practices, strong communication skills, and current CPR and First Aid certification.

Provides high-level administrative and operational support to the President and CEO, including communication management, calendar and meeting coordination, board governance support, project tracking, donor and stakeholder relations, travel and event logistics, reporting, expense processing, and confidential records management. The role coordinates cross-functional initiatives, monitors commitments and deadlines, prepares executive briefings, and represents the CEO’s office professionally with internal and external stakeholders.

Leads school-age childcare programs under the Site Coordinator, planning developmentally appropriate activities, supervising children, maintaining attendance and classroom cleanliness, and ensuring compliance with EEC licensing, QRIS, YMCA, and safety standards.
