Provides high-level administrative and operational support to the President and CEO, including communication management, scheduling, board and governance coordination, project tracking, donor and stakeholder relations, reporting, travel, events, records, and confidential office administration. The role monitors priorities, follows up on commitments, prepares executive materials, coordinates cross-functional initiatives, and represents the CEO’s office professionally.

Manages accounting and payroll operations, including bi-weekly payroll processing, journal entries, benefit reconciliations, financial statements, budgeting, billing, deposits, accounts payable, vendor payments, insurance renewals, compliance documentation, and payroll system administration. Supervises accounts payable activities, supports monthly closings, trains managers on payroll procedures, responds to staff and agency inquiries, and helps maintain effective financial controls and confidential processes.

Leads operations for three YMCA camps, overseeing staff hiring and development, program planning, budgets, enrollment, philanthropy, facilities, safety, risk management, volunteers, community partnerships, marketing, and participant engagement. Develops annual operating plans, manages financial performance, directs capital projects, supports board and committee activities, and promotes high-quality, inclusive camp experiences aligned with YMCA mission and strategic objectives.
