Provides senior leadership for Merrimack College’s advancement communications, marketing, and comprehensive fundraising campaign. Develops campaign narratives, cases for support, donor and alumni communications, digital and social strategies, publications, events, and integrated engagement plans. Advises advancement leadership, manages staff and external partners, coordinates cross-campus messaging, and uses audience data to improve communications. The role supports fundraising, stewardship, alumni engagement, donor relations, and philanthropic participation.

Produces photography, videography, graphics, highlight videos, interviews, promotional campaigns, and other digital content for Merrimack Athletics. Manages content across social media, websites, email, and digital signage; supports event promotion, ticket sales, fundraising, and fan engagement. Collaborates with coaches and communications teams, maintains creative asset archives and equipment, and works evenings, weekends, holidays, and occasional travel during athletic events.

Counsel students and families on financial aid, manage student caseloads, award and revise federal and institutional aid, perform verification, evaluate appeals, and ensure compliance with federal, state, and institutional regulations. The role also coordinates with campus departments, conducts financial aid sessions and trainings, and represents student financial services at campus events.

Teach and supervise baccalaureate nursing students in clinical settings and skills laboratories. Collaborate with the clinical placement coordinator and course faculty, maintain clinical and academic expertise, communicate with students and staff, use learning management systems and electronic health records, meet deadlines, and work occasional off-shifts. The role is a part-time, on-campus, 16-week adjunct appointment subject to a criminal background check.

Manages campus construction and renovation projects from planning through closeout. Responsibilities include defining scopes, schedules, budgets, and milestones; coordinating architects, engineers, contractors, vendors, stakeholders, and college departments; monitoring construction quality, compliance, safety, costs, and progress; maintaining project documentation; managing closeout and turnover; supporting capital planning and major campus events; and participating in emergency facilities response.

Manages approximately 100 major gift prospects and donors for Merrimack Athletics, securing gifts of $25,000 or more. Develops cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship strategies; conducts donor meetings; researches prospects; prepares proposals and reports; partners with coaches and campus leadership; maintains CRM records; and represents Athletics at events. Frequent local, regional, and national travel, plus evening and weekend work, is required.

Leads Merrimack College’s rowing program, overseeing strategic planning, coaching, recruiting, roster development, operations, budgeting, scheduling, compliance, travel, fundraising, and alumni engagement. The Director will build competitive women’s and future men’s programs, recruit student-athletes nationally and internationally, supervise staff, support student-athlete development, and collaborate with admissions to meet enrollment goals. This full-time, on-campus role requires extensive travel, evening and weekend availability, a bachelor’s degree, coaching and recruiting experience, and a valid driver’s license.

Leads daily financial aid operations, including application review, verification, eligibility, awarding, disbursement, reconciliation, reporting, and regulatory compliance. Supervises and mentors financial aid staff, supports policy and workflow development, counsels students and families, and collaborates with Admissions, Registrar, Student Accounts, and IT. Serves as delegated leader during the Director’s absence, supports recruitment and enrollment initiatives, delivers presentations, manages complex cases, and uses Excel and administrative systems for analysis, audits, and institutional planning.

Full-time non-tenure-track nursing faculty will teach undergraduate didactic and clinical courses, develop curriculum, prepare students for the NCLEX, advise and remediate students, and support simulation-based education. Faculty will contribute to curriculum and policy development, accreditation, regulatory self-studies, governance, and program evaluation. Candidates must hold a master’s degree in nursing, maintain Massachusetts RN licensure, demonstrate recent clinical experience and competence, and support students from diverse backgrounds.

Drives undergraduate enrollment for an assigned territory through data-informed recruitment, relationship building, outreach, and event representation. The role manages enrollment goals, reviews applications, maintains Slate CRM records, advises prospective students, and supports recruitment events. The Senior Assistant Director also supervises junior staff, leads admission initiatives, manages projects, and collaborates with campus stakeholders. Frequent travel, evening and weekend work, and on-campus presence are required.

Teach undergraduate and graduate athletic training courses; develop curricula; provide clinical and didactic instruction; prepare students for BOC examinations; advise and mentor students; support recruitment and retention; contribute to assessment, accreditation, interprofessional education, service, and program administration.

Provides holistic academic advising and case management for undergraduate students through one-on-one and group support. Advises on curriculum, courses, majors, minors, careers, registration, and experiential learning. Coordinates referrals and collaborates with faculty, career services, academic support, and campus offices. Supports student inquiries, contributes to advising programs and reports, promotes student engagement, and represents the advising center at college events.

Leads enterprise financial planning and analysis, including revenue and cost analysis, forecasting, scenario planning, financial modeling, investment evaluation, performance dashboards, and cost-containment initiatives. Partners with the CFO and senior leaders to guide resource allocation, financial accountability, and strategic decisions. Oversees responsible use of AI, predictive analytics, automation, and business intelligence in finance. Supports institutional budgeting and responsibility-centered management in a complex higher-education environment.

Manage daily Residence Life office operations, including scheduling, communications, visitor registration, phone triage, budgeting, purchasing, contracts, and website support. Hire, train, and supervise student workers while maintaining strong customer service. Build relationships with campus partners and support housing, residence hall, student staff, and divisional projects. The role requires an organized, calm, service-oriented professional who can manage competing priorities in an on-campus college environment.

Lead all aspects of Merrimack College’s NCAA Division I swimming and diving program, including recruiting, athlete development, practices, competition preparation, scheduling, budgeting, compliance, academic support, camps, clinics, and community engagement. The Director will oversee the women’s program, potentially expand to men’s swimming and diving, and foster student-athlete well-being, sportsmanship, and alignment with the College’s Catholic Augustinian mission.

Manages a portfolio of up to 200 donors and prospects across multiple giving segments. Responsibilities include donor discovery, cultivation, solicitation, stewardship, outreach campaigns, fundraising metrics, CRM documentation, phone solicitations, data-informed engagement, giving society support, event planning, and collaboration with advancement colleagues, faculty, staff, and volunteers. Some evening, weekend, and out-of-town travel is required.

Teach eight undergraduate or graduate social work courses across fall, spring, and potentially summer semesters in on-campus and online formats. Responsibilities include course development and management, assessment and grading, academic advising, mentoring and supervision of graduate students, faculty participation, and contributing to MSW program and college activities. The faculty member will support adult learners and teach areas including social work research, practice evaluation, and social welfare policy.
