Drives undergraduate enrollment for an assigned territory through data-informed recruitment, relationship building, personalized outreach, events, application review, and CRM tracking. Represents the college at high schools, fairs, and recruitment events, advises prospective students and families, and supports enrollment initiatives. The senior-level role also supervises junior staff, leads admission projects, and contributes to strategic planning. Requires extensive travel, on-campus availability, occasional nights and weekends, and strong communication and organizational skills.

Coordinates clinical placements for nursing students by assessing program needs, assigning students to clinical groups, collaborating with faculty and clinical affiliates, and working with the centralized placement agency. Ensures compliance with contractual agreements and Massachusetts Board of Registration in Nursing regulations, and supports data collection, accreditation reporting, and program improvement. The position requires an on-campus presence and current Massachusetts RN licensure.

Teach undergraduate and graduate accounting courses, contribute to the M.S. in Accounting, develop applied scholarship, build industry partnerships, mentor students, and support curriculum development in analytics, artificial intelligence, technology, risk, advisory services, and strategic decision support.
