Provides senior leadership for Merrimack College’s advancement communications, marketing, and comprehensive fundraising campaign. Develops campaign narratives, cases for support, donor and alumni communications, digital and social strategies, publications, events, and integrated engagement plans. Advises advancement leadership, manages staff and external partners, coordinates cross-campus messaging, and uses audience data to improve communications. The role supports fundraising, stewardship, alumni engagement, donor relations, and philanthropic participation.

Produces photography, videography, graphics, highlight videos, interviews, promotional campaigns, and other digital content for Merrimack Athletics. Manages content across social media, websites, email, and digital signage; supports event promotion, ticket sales, fundraising, and fan engagement. Collaborates with coaches and communications teams, maintains creative asset archives and equipment, and works evenings, weekends, holidays, and occasional travel during athletic events.

Counsel students and families on financial aid, manage student caseloads, award and revise federal and institutional aid, perform verification, evaluate appeals, and ensure compliance with federal, state, and institutional regulations. The role also coordinates with campus departments, conducts financial aid sessions and trainings, and represents student financial services at campus events.
