Manages equipment, apparel, skates, locker rooms, inventory, purchasing, repairs, laundry, and travel logistics for a Division I women’s ice hockey program. Supports practices, competitions, postseason events, student-athletes, coaches, and Athletics staff. Responsibilities include skate sharpening, equipment fitting, vendor coordination, budgeting, transportation, compliance with NCAA and Hockey East requirements, and maintaining clean, organized workspaces. Requires schedule flexibility, physical ability to handle equipment, seasonal travel, and collaboration across athletic departments.

Leads undergraduate enrollment operations, systems, automation, data integrity, customer service, and new-student matriculation. Oversees Technolutions Slate and related platforms, implements AI-enabled workflows, improves processes, coordinates onboarding and campus partnerships, manages data quality, and supervises two Enrollment Operations Specialists. The role also establishes service standards, monitors operational performance, supports technology integrations, and drives continuous improvement across admission and enrollment functions.

Leads Merrimack College’s integrated strategy for experiential learning, career development, employer relations, and career readiness. Oversees two career-focused centers, builds employer and industry partnerships, expands internships and other professional experiences, aligns programs with academic priorities, develops staff, and establishes metrics for student and employer outcomes. The role advises senior leadership, represents the College externally, and advances AI readiness and digital fluency in career programming.
