Manages day-to-day operations of assigned attraction areas, ensuring safe, efficient service and exceptional guest experiences. Leads, recruits, trains, and develops Guest Experience Team members; manages schedules, labor budgets, performance, KPIs, audits, cleanliness, and safety standards. Partners with the General Manager, Marketing, and Sales teams to support events and exhibits while maximizing profitability and operational effectiveness.

Supervises ride and facilities engineering operations, including preventive maintenance, inspections, repairs, safety compliance, contractor coordination, documentation, budgeting, and minimizing ride downtime. Leads and develops maintenance technicians, troubleshoots Siemens PLC controls and electrical systems, oversees ride shutdowns and upgrades, and ensures attraction facilities and equipment remain safe, operational, and compliant with applicable standards.

Maintains a safe and secure resort environment through access control, patrols, CCTV surveillance, guest screening, dispatch operations, incident reporting, and emergency response. Responds to disturbances, medical incidents, alarms, theft, and other service calls; supports investigations, lost-and-found management, key inventory, safety audits, and special events. Provides guest service, de-escalates situations, and may administer CPR, first aid, and AED assistance.

Leads the curatorial team and aquarium animal collection at SEA LIFE New Jersey. Oversees animal welfare, aquatic and terrestrial displays, conservation and education programs, diving safety, life support systems, budgets, performance improvement, and guest engagement. Manages staff development, display innovation, regulatory and AZA standards, animal health, water quality, and public communications while collaborating with operations, marketing, HR, finance, veterinary, and global conservation teams.
