Coordinates school and group reservations from initial inquiry through onsite visits. Builds client relationships, solicits and books business, conducts sales presentations, supports events and promotions, prepares revenue reports, coordinates event logistics, and follows up with clients. The role focuses on tour and travel markets, group bookings, marketing support, and achieving sales and revenue objectives.

Leads ride controls and AV technicians while overseeing preventive maintenance, repairs, work orders, troubleshooting, safety compliance, reliability, and technical projects across resort attractions. Supports recruitment, training, performance management, emergency response, ride modifications, and collaboration with operations and technical services teams.

Partners with business leaders to execute people plans, workforce strategy, talent and succession planning, leadership development, engagement, change initiatives, compensation activities, employee relations, DEI, and employee experience programs. Advises managers, supports organizational effectiveness, collaborates with unions or works councils, and ensures compliance with US employment law across a designated attraction or region.
