Leads performance across retail banking branches in an assigned market. Drives sales growth, profitability, member experience, compliance, and operational excellence through coaching, scorecard analysis, branch visits, manager development, and strategic execution. Partners with leadership and business teams to implement initiatives, improve referrals, maintain regulatory compliance, develop staff, and support community activities.

Coordinates community sponsorships, partnerships, outreach programs, and events across assigned Kansas markets. Builds relationships with nonprofits, educational institutions, business partners, and community leaders while organizing volunteers, communications, logistics, collateral, and documentation. Represents the credit union publicly, promotes products and services, supports localized marketing and business development initiatives, and ensures activities follow brand, policy, and regulatory requirements.

Manages delinquent mortgage, home equity, commercial, and consumer loans by assessing hardship, processing loss mitigation options, analyzing financial documents, coordinating foreclosure and property disposition activities, and ensuring regulatory and investor compliance. Maintains detailed records, supports audits, monitors portfolio risk, prepares management reports, and collaborates with legal counsel, vendors, and internal stakeholders.

Execute the Information Security GRC program: maintain policies, map and integrate security frameworks, run risk assessments, support audits and remediation, manage control testing and exceptions, assist incident response and BC/DR exercises, monitor phishing and InfoSec tickets, and provide reporting and training to ensure regulatory compliance and security posture.

Reviews and manages vendor contracts, service agreements, NDAs, and related legal documents for compliance, risk, and business alignment. Coordinates reviews and approvals across Legal, Compliance, IT, Procurement, Risk Management, and business teams. Maintains contract records, deadlines, renewals, workflows, templates, reports, and audit documentation while supporting legal operations, matter tracking, document management, and process improvement.
