Coordinates reviews and approvals across Legal, Compliance, IT, Procurement, Risk Management, and business teams. Maintains contract records, deadlines, renewals, workflows, templates, reports, and audit documentation while supporting legal operations, matter tracking, document management, and process improvement.

Lead and manage mortgage operations including underwriting, processing, closing, prefund/post-close audits, compliance, MERS management, and vendor relationships. Drive process improvements, monitor KPIs, ensure regulatory and investor compliance, and resolve escalations to maintain quality and timely loan delivery.
