Execute the Information Security GRC program: maintain policies, map and integrate security frameworks, run risk assessments, support audits and remediation, manage control testing and exceptions, assist incident response and BC/DR exercises, monitor phishing and InfoSec tickets, and provide reporting and training to ensure regulatory compliance and security posture.

Manage collateral protection insurance, total loss, GAP, credit life/disability claims and tow/impound notices. Coordinate with members, insurers, vendors and internal teams to resolve claims, recover collateral, and collect deficit balances. Provide departmental support, maintain compliance and documentation, and handle related administrative duties.

Lead data-driven growth initiatives to acquire and retain credit union members. Perform advanced segmentation, campaign and funnel analysis, behavioral targeting, and KPI tracking. Design loyalty programs, customer journeys, and engagement strategies using SQL, Python, visualization, and marketing automation to drive deposit growth and member profitability.
