Administer learning systems, employee training records, development tracking, certifications, and compliance requirements. Produce recurring dashboards, exception reports, certification lookaheads, and carrier or TPA compliance matrices. Support new branches and acquisitions with LMS setup, credential inventories, role mapping, and development tracking. Identify compliance gaps, overdue requirements, and emerging risks while coordinating with trainers, operations, branch leaders, and corporate leadership. The role maintains visibility and reporting but does not own performance management, competency decisions, or training strategy.

Manage day-to-day accounting operations including AR/AP in Sage, job costing, reconciliations, vendor/subcontractor communication, commission tracking, and support monthly close and financial reporting while ensuring compliance and audit-ready records.

Prepare and review monthly balance sheet reconciliations, WIP schedules, journal entries, and month-end close tasks. Build and maintain financial reports, dashboards, flash reporting, KPI scorecards, and cash flow forecasts. Support tax filings, GAAP research (including ASC 842 lease accounting), audit preparation, and acquisition-related accounting. Drive ERP/reporting automation and maintain audit-ready documentation.

Lead accounting and internal control environment; own monthly close and GAAP-compliant financial reporting; oversee percentage-of-completion revenue recognition and job costing; manage accounting team and outsourced services; run external audits; own ERP (Sage Intacct) chart of accounts and integrations; support treasury, cash forecasting, lender reporting, and post-acquisition accounting integrations.

Build and maintain a referral network of adjusters, property managers, plumbers, landlords and contractors to drive restoration job revenue. Execute disciplined daily outreach and face-to-face visits, lead site walkthroughs and presentations, coordinate with operations/estimating, log activity in Luxor CRM, follow reporting and route-plan requirements, represent the brand at events, and maintain a strict follow-up cadence to close jobs.

Build and maintain a referral network of adjusters, property managers, plumbers, landlords and other partners. Conduct daily territory visits and outreach, lead client meetings and site walkthroughs, own full sales cycle, log all activity in Luxor CRM, and drive consistent referral revenue through disciplined follow-up, reporting, and brand representation.

Lead full-cycle recruiting for field, office, and leadership roles: source, screen, interview, and hire high-volume positions. Build pipelines, track activity in the ATS, report metrics, coordinate interviews, support employer branding, and partner with hiring managers to meet workforce needs.
