Lead day-to-day brand building and execution: create and capture storytelling content, manage digital channels and creative production, coordinate marketing projects, support recruiting/sales/acquisitions, run reputation and events programs, and continuously improve creative systems and tools.

Manage day-to-day accounting operations including AR/AP in Sage, job costing, reconciliations, vendor/subcontractor communication, commission tracking, and support monthly close and financial reporting while ensuring compliance and audit-ready records.

Build and maintain a referral network of adjusters, property managers, contractors, and landlords to generate restoration project revenue. Perform daily in-person outreach and site visits, manage territory route plans, lead client walkthroughs, collaborate with operations on proposals, log all activity in Luxor CRM, and represent the brand at events and community functions.
