Provides hands-on HR support across five Houston-area branches, partnering with leaders on recruiting, workforce planning, employee relations, payroll, onboarding, benefits, surveys, HR programs, compliance, reporting, and employee data maintenance in ADP. The role requires local branch travel, strong relationship-building, Spanish fluency, and experience supporting field-based teams. H-2B program experience and ADP experience are preferred.
