Leads and develops a commercial sales team serving the Raleigh-Durham hauling market. Drives revenue growth, market share, account retention, forecasting, pipeline performance, recruiting, coaching, and strategic sales execution. Builds relationships with commercial, industrial, municipal, construction, and multi-location customers; collaborates with operations and customer service; supports pricing, contracts, proposals, and account implementation. Requires strong knowledge of sales management, CRM systems, waste services, route-based operations, and market development.
