Provide hands-on Workday HCM consulting across multiple client engagements, including configuration, testing, troubleshooting, documentation, deployment support, issue resolution, and system enhancements. Independently manage assigned deliverables, support business process implementations, communicate project progress and blockers, and collaborate with project teams throughout the implementation lifecycle. The role is approximately 20 hours per week, fully remote within the United States, with standard East Coast hours.

Lead functional delivery for Workday Financials implementations serving public sector clients. Responsibilities include discovery, design, configuration, testing, deployment, post-production support, client workshops, requirements translation, issue resolution, documentation, and client communication across Financials workstreams. Mentor consultants, review deliverables, support recruiting and practice development, and contribute to expanding public sector Workday capabilities.

Leads Workday Financials implementation workstreams for public sector clients across discovery, design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-production support. Serves as a client advisor, facilitates workshops, manages deliverables and risks, mentors consultants, reviews solution quality, and supports pre-sales, recruiting, and practice development. The role requires expertise in multiple Workday Financials functional areas and leadership across full lifecycle implementations.
